Today I started a new workout. One of my problems with working out is that I get bored easily. I need a quick intense workout. I purchased T-25 cardio workout a while ago. I finally decided "NO MORE EXCUSES." I really enjoyed it today. I did the workout with a few breaks. My goal is to be able to go all the way to the end with no breaks. I really felt good after I did it...lots of energy.
