New Favorite Workout Routine
I began a new workout routine, and I am really loving it. It is a 25 minute workout every day. That is enough to get a good workout, but yet not too long to get bored or burned out. I really am enjoying it a lot.

Pedometer
I have been using a pedometer this past week to count my steps. I know that I don't move nearly enough during the day, so I have challenged myself to walk 10,000-15,000 steps every day. It is really hard to do, but I have managed to do it for the past 5 days.
