New Products

I had enough points to get some free products from Birchbox. This is what I picked up this week.

I had some really good buys this month...some of them free.

I got these shoes for $10.00 online. I think these will look great with jeans.

I got these products from Birchbox for free...because I had enough points with my reviews. The Vasanti Brighten Up Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator is the best. It really makes your face smooth "like a baby's bottom".

This deodorant is great...and they say it lasts forever. I have found that it really works.

Beauty Product: Shower Oil

I have very dry skin and have to keep it very moisturized. I have found that shower oil works really good for me. This is my favorite shower oil.

How I organize my makeup

For years, I have tried to find the perfect solution to organizing my makeup. Finally, I came up with the perfect solution for me. I use three Birchbox boxes and one basket. It works perfectly for me.

New soap

We have purchased Kiss my Face soap for quite a few years now. It is soap made with olive oil. This last shipment we had smelled like cigarette smoke...not a good smell in the shower while bathing. So, I looked for a while and found this soap...it smells really good.

Michael's other love

When I met Michael, he took more getting ready than I did. He blow-dried his hair to perfection, and then he sprayed it thoroughly with hair spray to hold it. This is the brush that he used...and no other.

As he has gotten older and busier with work, he no longer has the time to spend on his hair. He still uses his faithful hairbrush, but he no longer uses the blow dryer.

Favorite Beauty Product

It is hard to find a good hairspray. I finally found one that I really love. I have been using it for 5 years or so now. It is awesome.

What's in my purse

I have always loved purses...a lot. I have always carried one. Here is what is in my purse right now.

This is absolutely my favorite moisturizer for nighttime. It is free of any chemicals and dyes. It makes my face feel so smooth, and it keeps my dryness at bay.

I love the Honest Co. a lot. This product here is AMAZING! My hair feels so soft and full of life when I use this.

I got this Whish shaving cream free in one of my boxes. I love this a lot. I would definitely buy this again. It keeps my skin soft and moisturized. It does not dry my skin out like most shaving creams do.

My favorite product this week is eye shadow. I am really picky about eye shadow. I don't like really glittery eye shadow, and I don't like eye shadows that just wear away after a short time. The Naked 1 and 2 eye shadows are my favorite. They go on easy, you don't have to use much product, and they last all day long.

This is seriously one of the best body butters that I have ever used. It smells unbelievable (it is a grapefruit scent). I bought this through a subscription box company. I had a major coupon, so I bought 5 of them at once.

I love beauty products a lot. I thought that I would occasionally share a few of my favorite beauty products. I sign up to get free products all of the time, because I don't like to waste my money on products. Here is one of my favorite products. I bought this at Fred Meyer, and it is the bomb. It smells like a lemon dessert.

Braces Off

Cam first got his braces in September of 2011. He was supposed to get them removed in September of 2013, but it took another 7 months to get his teeth completely straight.

He got his braces taken off yesterday, April 29th. He was so excited. I took some photos of him with Dr. Amborn.
