Again, I cannot believe how fast the time is flying by us. It is already the middle of October. We have been busy. Here is what has been happening around here lately.
...Jar has been working out hard
...we have been doing a lot of projects around the house. This is what the workbench looks like when we are doing a lot of projects.
...we have talked about getting a stronger wall-attached hose reel for a long time now. We finally got one for out back. We will get one for out front next spring.
...Michael got the new screen door put up on the side of the garage
...I made healthy 3-ingredient brownies-they were disgusting. They went into the garbage. I will stick to the healthy black bean brownies that I make that only have minimal sugar and gluten-free flour.
...we had soup and Asian salad for dinner. It was delicious!
...the leaves are changing in our neighborhood
...I picked up Michael some treats

...I had to take Jar to youth group (he actually drove there)- these are the pictures I took on the way there

...I got an iced pumpkin spice latte
... I was taking Mom's things to Goodwill. I had to get a photo of this...it brings back a lot of memories.
...Michael and Jar put these blocks up in front of the Arborvitae because dogs were peeing on the front of the plant

...I got these beautiful cinnamon-scented pine cones at Safeway
...we got some new stuff at the grocery store
...I cleaned the fridge and organized it
...it's looking like fall around here

...Cam was feeling all nostalgic-he got the new Super Nintendo game system (called NES)
...I made loaded nachos for the boys
...I finally went through my scrapbooks and paired down (that was hard to do-I spent a lot of time making these, but since we live in a smaller house, I decided to cut the amount down. I got rid of 25 albums of scrapbooks) I kept only my favorite pages.

...I had to take Lily to the vet. I put her raincoat on her...she looks so cute. She ended up having a cyst on her back. We will get it removed sometime in the future.

...we went to the Portland Zoo and then went to Claim Jumpers to eat lunch

Other happenings around here lately:
- I am finally in the New Testament in my reading-the-Bible-through-in-a-year plan
- We watched the first episode of the new season of The Flash...we all hated it. It was just so cheesy and too much of the same as other episodes
- Michael worked some more on Jar's Jeep
- Rhonda resigned...yahoo!
- I mowed the grass and put fall turf builder seed down
- Michael sprayed moss-out on the top roof and put Iron-out on the rust spot on the roof
