Wow! Time has really flown by this past month. We were very busy around here. Here is a look at some of what has been going on here.
...the cousins were here for a few days, and the boys spent a lot of time with them. They did some shopping together; here is what the boys picked up for themselves

...when the cousins were here we went to see Spiderman: Homecoming
...we had a family reunion at the Covered Bridge Park. The kids had a blast together playing frisbee tag and such. The adults played ladder golf. I think Mom won; or it was Kyle.

...Jar got a new desk from World Market
...Lily always finds the most comfortable places to sleep
...Michael and Jar worked on installing new speakers in his jeep
...again Lily sleeping in comfort while I take a shower
...we are finally using the last of the soaps from Michael's traveling days
...we had 110 degree weather...Michael trying to get Zena to enjoy the kiddie pool
...brunch: scrambled eggs, sausage, avocado, and olives
...I took Mom out the breakfast for her 70th birthday
...my flowers
...picking up dog food for Zena (literally)
Other happenings around here:
- Michael went to see Planet of the Apes by himself
- Cam did power point at church
- Learned that Aunt Donna had passed away
- Got Mom's birthday party in motion
- We watched Batman vs. Superman and had burgers
- It was very hot for a few days...near 110 degrees
- It was very smokey here, due to fires in Bend area, Columbia Gorge area, and British Columbia
- Jar custom ordered some Nike sneakers
- We had pizza and watched Gifted (Mom came over because of the heat)
- Chesapeake Shores has started up again (my favorite show)
- I spent $400 at Trader Joe's preparing for weekend of Jar's birthday, our anniversary, and the Solar Eclipse
- Michael and I watched Me Before You (love that movie)
- Michael went to church work day
- I did tons of research for our Hawaii trip
- Did some special things all week for Jar's birthday
- Jar always gets compliments on how organized and clean he gets the produce section
- This is what Jar wants his jeep to look like (I LOVE IT!! I have always loved jeeps)
