Christmas 2015

We had a wonderful Christmas together. Michael had wanted to go away, but the boys were really glad to stay home this year. We enjoyed Christmas Eve at home (Cam worked until 6:30 p.m.). I made lots of fun snacks, and we watched Elf. The boys had never seen this movie. We had a lot of fun...we also opened a few gifts from Aunt Sherry.

Then, we began our Christmas festivities at 9:30 on Christmas morning.

We then read the Christmas story in Luke 2, which we do every single year. We never tire of reading the story. We also sang many Christmas songs.

Then, we opened all of our present...one at a time...from youngest to oldest.

Of course, we enjoyed our wonderful tradition of oatmeal and ice cream.

Cameron played all of his new piano music...he got the first five Harry Potter movies music books.

We enjoyed using or setting up our Christmas gifts. Then at 3:30, we left for Mom/Grandma's house.

This was the spread of food at Mom/Grandma's house...

Mom/Grandma's house always looks so festive at Christmas.

We chatted while waiting for the food to be all set up...

We took some photos...

After we ate all of the yummy food, the teens made dubsmash videos. Here are a few of them...

Here are the gifts that I brought home from Mom's house...

Mom/Grandma got the teens these animal popper keychains (the ball pops out when squeezed). The teens had more fun with this toy...

It was such a wonderful time together for Christmas. I'm glad the boys had fun with their cousins making videos.

  1. We had a great Christmas--each one of us got something special, we spent time with family, and made some great memories!
