My Go-To Dish

For the past 21 years, my go-to dish to take to a public function is mock eclair dessert. It is Michael's favorite dessert. Every time I make it for a public function, someone asks me for the recipe.

Eclair Cake (KRAFT Canada) My mother-in-law used to make this for my husband. (She called it "Mock French Pastry".) I made this for my husband for a Father's Day treat. I deem it a success as he said it tasted just like his mom's version! (The kids liked it, too.)
