Recovery Smoothie
After I work out, I like to have a smoothie as my recovery food. It is so easy to throw all the foods I need into one place.
almond milk
pineapple
1/2 banana
frozen blueberries
rice protein powder or hemp protein powder
coconut oil
light coconut milk
frozen spinach
flaxseeds
Blend together until smooth.
