Recovery Smoothie

After I work out, I like to have a smoothie as my recovery food. It is so easy to throw all the foods I need into one place.
  • almond milk
  • pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • frozen blueberries
  • rice protein powder or hemp protein powder
  • coconut oil
  • light coconut milk
  • frozen spinach
  • flaxseeds
Blend together until smooth.
