This was a great July 4th weekend. I really felt like we got some good rest, but also we had a lot of fun.
Friday night we went to see fireworks with some friends of ours...and some new friends. It was a lot of fun. We watched the fireworks from a parking lot. We kept saying, "Who knew you could have so much fun in a parking lot."
On Saturday morning, we went to the Farmer's Market. It was fun and totally spontaneous. We only bought 2 large cookies for the boys.
I got an iced coffee with the rest of my gift card.
We got Pita Pit for lunch. It was so yummy!
On Saturday afternoon the boys worked on the car. It was so hot outside. They were so glad when they were done.

It was hot in the house all weekend long, and it is supposed to be hot all week long.
It was a great July 4th weekend with friends and family.
