When Michael and I lived in Pensacola, we used to go to the mall about once a month on a Friday night and get fried zucchini at the Chinese restaurant. We loved it.

When I was growing up, my mom would make fried squash from our garden. I loved it, and I can still taste it to this day. I have made it a couple of times since I have been married.
I lived our Friday foods in Pensacola. Sure would like to have some now! :)
