Currently in June

Currently...
  • I am thinking...about a lot of situations in our family right now (jobs, money, health)
  • I am thankful...that we have a job right now
  • I am wearing...my workout clothes
  • I am creating...better organization in our house (of course, I am always doing this)
  • I am going...to eliminate allergy foods to see if I can lose weight easier
  • I am wondering...how long it will take to do everything with the comet tomorrow
  • I am reading...Crazy Love: Overwhelmed by a relentless God by Francis Chan
  • I am hoping...that God really reveals Himself to us in miraculous ways in the coming months
  • I am looking forward to...our camping trip
  • I am learning...that I feel so much better when I exercise daily...even when I don't feel like I have the energy
  • I am pondering...what to make for dinner tonight
  • I am eating...lots of smoothies and ground turkey and peppers and broccoli (it is so boring)
  • I am drinking...lots of green tea iced tea...I could really go for an iced coffee right now
  • I am feeling...very sore from yesterday's two workouts...upper body and lower body
  • I am watching...the TV show The Motive (it is my new favorite show)...and America's Got Talent (some funny things out there)
  • I am enjoying...our summer break
  • I am praying for...God's blessing on our lives
  • I am working on...trying not to get hung up on the number on the scales
  • I am needing...to get some summer recipes into the rotation...easy recipes
  • I am listening to..."See You Again" by Carrie Underwood
  • I am annoyed that...I can't seem to lose weight, even after working hard and eating clean
  • I am anxious about...Cam taking the SAT
  • The world needs...to be more loving and for parents to raise their children
  • I believe...in marriage and family
  • I am wanting...for society to be more kind to one another
Currently...
  • Outside my window...there is not a cloud in the sky...it is a beautiful, sunny day
  • In the kitchen...I made the boys no-bake cookies with coconut sugar
  • Around the house...I need to dust the furniture
  • One of my favorite things is...my 21-day fix workout--it is so hard
  • Today...I want to be more intentional
  • Tomorrow...is always a new day. We can begin afresh. Perspective sometimes changes.
