Steps to being healthy

Steps to being healthy:
  1. Drink lots of water...make that your only beverage
  2. Exercise daily (cardio, strength, stretching, breathing)
  3. Don't eat processed food...at all
  4. Only eat whole foods
  5. Create a meal plan weekly
  6. Eat all meals at home...that way you can control what is put into the food
  7. Grocery shop often (boo hoo). This really is key though
  8. Don't grocery shop when you are hungry
  9. Schedule all workouts every day
  10. Exercise in the morning...before everything gets in the way
  11. Set goals...small ones at a time
  12. Eat lots of veggies...especially green leafy ones
  13. Track measurements, not weight
  14. Move Move Move
  15. Do interval training (this is key)
  16. Juice daily
  17. Cleanse weekly
  18. Eat many mini meals a day
  19. Only 3 small bits of a treat...every so often
  20. Workout with a friend...have friendly competition with each other
