- Drink lots of water...make that your only beverage
- Exercise daily (cardio, strength, stretching, breathing)
- Don't eat processed food...at all
- Only eat whole foods
- Create a meal plan weekly
- Eat all meals at home...that way you can control what is put into the food
- Grocery shop often (boo hoo). This really is key though
- Don't grocery shop when you are hungry
- Schedule all workouts every day
- Exercise in the morning...before everything gets in the way
- Set goals...small ones at a time
- Eat lots of veggies...especially green leafy ones
- Track measurements, not weight
- Move Move Move
- Do interval training (this is key)
- Juice daily
- Cleanse weekly
- Eat many mini meals a day
- Only 3 small bits of a treat...every so often
- Workout with a friend...have friendly competition with each other
