Glimpse of our Weekend

We had a great weekend this past weekend.

I did laundry and the boys mowed the grass on Friday afternoon.

Friday night was our normal TV shows...Michael got home early. I made BBQ chicken sandwiches for dinner.

On Saturday morning, Michael and Cam went for breakfast at our local cafe'. They also did some grocery shopping. Michael rested and did some work on his car. Cam vacuumed the house. I made all of the food for our Easter lunch. I also cut Cam's hair.

We got up bright and early for the Easter service at church. It was a fantastic service...the music was so powerful. The service was over at 10:30 a.m. We headed home and picked up some snacks at the store because we were not ready for a big meal yet. Here are the boys in their new Easter shirts:

We ate snacks while we watched the movie "Signed, Sealed, Delivered." That same series started that night on Hallmark, so we wanted to get caught up on the movie.

We ended up not eating our big meal because we were so full from our snacks.. We ate the pasta salad instead, and we will have the big meal for dinner on Monday night. Here is what part of the meals looks like:

We watched the first episode of the series "Signed, Sealed, Delivered." It was awesome. We are looking forward to this series a lot.
