I have struggled with anxiety for 11-12 years now. I will talk more about that in later blog posts. I have basically kept it under control for about 5 years now, but sometimes I still have flair-ups. One thing that really brings anxiety on is caffeine. I cannot have any at all. If the Barista at the coffee shops forgets to make my coffee decaffeinated, I will be a mess for the next couple of days with anxiety issues. It is crazy.
Yep, we always have to double-check--is that decaf?
