How to Recharge

I love the Natural Health magazine. I have been getting this for about 10 years now. A few years ago I read an article in the magazine about recharging. I just came across this--it is so true.

How to Recharge (by Natural Health)
  1. Deep breathe in bed when you first wake up
  2. Splash cold water on your face
  3. Do a stretching/Yoga routine
  4. Drink a green juice drink (make your own or Kyo Green)
  5. Juice 
  6. Eat breakfast
  7. Take a break from technology
  8. Fill up on fiber
  9. Eat good quality protein
  10. Get vitamin D (sun or supplement)
  11. Do legs up on the wall (for 10-15 minutes)
  12. Exercise for at least 30 minutes
  13. Cook your own food...simply
  14. No electronics close to bed time
  15. Take a warm bath with lavender
  16. Go to sleep early 
  17. Get at least 8 hours of sleep
  18. Take a short nap
