How to Recharge (by Natural Health)
- Deep breathe in bed when you first wake up
- Splash cold water on your face
- Do a stretching/Yoga routine
- Drink a green juice drink (make your own or Kyo Green)
- Juice
- Eat breakfast
- Take a break from technology
- Fill up on fiber
- Eat good quality protein
- Get vitamin D (sun or supplement)
- Do legs up on the wall (for 10-15 minutes)
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes
- Cook your own food...simply
- No electronics close to bed time
- Take a warm bath with lavender
- Go to sleep early
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep
- Take a short nap
OK, so I was laughing on #11, but then I got it. If only I could do all 18 of these....:(
