Grace Unplugged

We watched Grace Unplugged this past weekend. We liked it...they are getting better with the Christian movies. It really struck home with us, as we have two teenagers. It is really hard to be a parent of teenagers. They want lots of freedoms, but yet they really are not responsible enough to be given all of those freedoms. We are constantly reminding our boys that if they want freedom, they have to prove to us how responsible they can be.

It is also important to remember that a life outside of God does not bring happiness. We always want to think that freedom to live our life however we want brings us happiness. It never does. We NEED God!!

I think that is so important for teenagers to remember how important their family is. It is so easy to get caught up in wanting to be with friends all of the time, but it is family that is always there for you...that takes care of you...that helps pave the wave for you. I always want my boys to know how much I love them, and that I will always love them, no matter what. I am always here for you boys...both your dad and I are.
