As a Mom of All Boys

I love being a mom to boys. I have certainly done a lot of "boys" things over the years. It has been so much fun.

Things I have done as a mom of all boys:

• I have caught lots of bugs
• I have played in the mud...a lot
• I have done a lot of digging in the mud
• I have done tons of science experiments
• I have done a lot of fireworks
• I have played a lot of baseball
• I have done a lot of swimming
• I have done many many many hikes through the woods
• I have gone to the park to throw rocks...too many times to count
• I have caught lizards
• I have had a pet crested gecko in the house...I never thought I would have a reptile in our house
• I have played lots of basketball
• I have watched a lot of skateboarding
• I have gone on a lot of bike rides
• I have done a lot of snow sledding
• I have caught a lot of lightning bugs
• I have had snakes in buckets
• I have done a lot of wrestling
• I have done a lot of sword fighting
• I have played with cars...a lot
• I have hammered and heard hammering a lot
• I have made weapons out of cardboard
• I have built a lot of forts out of blankets
• I have slept in a tent in the house a lot of times
• I have built forts out of boxes and big block legos
• I have read books about animals, knights, LEGO's, war, experiments, Lord of the Rings, etc

I love being a mom to all boys. One of my favorite quotes is "A mother with all sons will be surrounded by handsome men the rest of her life."
