Charities for Christmas

We have been giving to certain charities for Christmas for a several years now. We have about 5 favorites that we give to every year at this time.

1. Family Life
2. Focus on the Family
3. World Vision
4. Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ)
5. Operation Christmas Child

All of these organizations have been so influential to us. Family Life has been such a blessing to us in our marriage and our parenting. We have used many resources from them...our favorite being Passport to Purity. Focus on the Family has also been a blessing in our marriage and our parenting. We own pretty much every Adventures in Odyssey CD ever made and most of their Radio Theater CD's as well. We have also listened to their radio broadcast. World Vision is something that we just wanted to help other needy families with food...so we send chickens and goats every year. Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) is special to us because Michael worked there and loved it so much. He misses working there. Operation Christmas Child is just so fun...we love to put the boxes together, send off to a child in another country, and then track where it ends up in the end.
