Mt. Hood

We went to Mt. Hood last spring. We had been talking about going for a while, but it was quite a distance away. We finally took a weekend to go. We took lots of photos and then ate at the Timberline Lodge. It was some of the best food I've ever eaten (and I mean the best--I don't say that unless I really mean it). Our favorites were:
     Jar--grilled bread and chocolate mousse
     Cam--grilled bread and all dessert
     Amy--fire roasted vegetables and sweet and salty bar
     Michael--cheesy potatoes and chocolate coconut cream cheese parfait.

After lunch, we left Mt. Hood to head to our motel. We stumbled upon the cute ski resort downtown. It was so cute. We then checked into our motel and just relaxed the rest of the evening.

Sunday morning, we ate breakfast and watched cartoons and basketball, and then we headed home. It was a great trip.
