Chopped Salad
Today for lunch I had a chopped salad. I forgot how much I love these. I put all of my ingredients in a large bowl and use a salad cutter (a two-bladed pizza cutter). Today I added romaine lettuce, kidney beans, boiled chicken, red orange and yellow bell peppers, onion, and some pear salad dressing. It was so delicious. I gave a taste to Jar, and he immediately said, "Make my salad from now on like that. I love it! I don't like it when the lettuce pieces and other ingredients are big." I agree. I will be making this salad more often (even for dinner).
