14th Birthday

Our youngest celebrated his 14th birthday this past month. I cannot believe that he is that old. I remember so vividly when he was born. I struggled with his birth because the umbilical cord was wrapped a couple of times around his neck. He was stunned when he was born, and he took forever it seemed to make a sound and breathe. The doctor told us afterward that in his 25 years of delivering, this was a really scary moment for him. Our youngest has been such a joy to us.  He has always had the brightest of smiles and the most wonderful laugh. He keeps us in stitches all of the time--he is just so funny. I love this boy so much. I just know that he is going to do something great.
