Life Lately

...I colored Jar's hair

...I made the boys a surprise lunch of grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup

...the boys went to a Harvest Party with the college group

...I sent Kelly photos of the boys in their costumes, and she sent me these two photos

...I worked on budget stuff (Mom brought me an iced coffee)

...Michael and I cleaned out the paint/car supplies cupboard (we got rid of lots of paint)

...Michael painted the house (here's the before)

...I love getting the Shutterfly Christmas catalog

...before painting of the house

...the man at work

...finished paint

...on a side note, Michael had to repaint the back of the house because he accidentally sprayed the house after he had painted it. It ended up dripping all night long. What a mess!

Other happenings around here lately:
  • Michael and I had Olive Garden and watched Gilmore Girls while the boys were at the Harvest Party on Halloween night
Make Olive Garden's Salad and Salad Dressing at home. This recipe is so easy and so good.

  • I finished all ten seasons of Friends on Netflix (I had never watched it all before)
