Rearranged Living Room

I rearranged the living room yesterday. I really like how it turned out...it looks much bigger.

Life Lately

I got caught up on my journal writing, while listening to my music and smelling a beautiful Christmas candle. It is the small things that make me happy.

I made the boys pancakes for dinner...so easy.

I made the boys some fancy hot chocolate one cold morning.

I made some molasses cookies. The boys gobbled them up quickly.

Cam got his college books in the mail for his next two classes. He was so excited.

I found the first fall leaf on the ground on Sunday. I love the changing colors of the leaves.

The boys and I went shopping for some furniture. I really went to find some nightstands for our bedroom, but then I decided to look for a comfortable chair for our room...so Michael could take Sunday afternoon naps.

This is the over-sized recliner that we chose, but in the tan/grey color.

Jar has a tape measure in his hand...he spent the whole time flipping it open and letting it close. He never stops moving.

I rearranged the living room furniture...this cutie pie found a comfortable spot to watch me working.

Glimpse of my Weekend

We had a good weekend...we got a lot done.

Friday evening...

     --The boys did yard word. They mowed the grass and trimmed the bushes.
     --We had pizza, popcorn, and red velvet cake while we watched Disney shows and The Avengers: Age of Ultron

Saturday...

     --I made a Diner breakfast (fried eggs, hash browns, sausage, and toast)

     --I did lots of laundry
     --I vacuumed the whole house
     --I prepared meals for the whole week

     --Michael sprayed the front of the house
     --Michael washed the camper
     --Michael washed and waxed the SUV
     --We relaxed in the evening

Sunday...

     --Michael, Jar, and I were feeling under the weather
     --Cam went to Sunday School by himself
     --Michael finished waxing the SUV
     --We relaxed in the evening

Fall Country Drives

Fall is one of the best times to go for country drives. God's country is just so spectacular this time of year. We will be taking some fall drives around here.

I Love Fall

I love this time of year so much. The mornings and evenings are cooler outside. Pumpkins and mums are out in stores, as well as fall decorations. The fall flavors of pumpkin and spice are everywhere. Football is in full swing. My favorite thing of all is the changing of the leaves. I love everything about fall.
