We have not really had much going on lately. We have not done much of anything due to the fact that Michael will be losing his job in just a month...and so far he does not have a job to go to after that (although some things are in the works). With that in mind, we are trying not to spend much money.
The beginning of May I had Jury Duty. Fortunately, I was let go after being there about an hour.
All of the sudden, Jar's computer Internet access was not working. For a few days, he was without the Internet. Here he is one day playing his computer games with his cousins...in the living room. We bought a Wifi range extender to fix the problem.
While Michael was applying to jobs, I was upstairs with Lily watching some TV. Doesn't Lily look so cute and cuddly?
And then, of course, if I looked at her, she wanted her belly rubbed. (boy does she need her hair cut)
Because of the possibility of being without a job, we did not do anything big yet for Cam's graduation. He wants a guitar. For right now, we just got him a 2015 grad t-shirt and a camera lens mug. Here he is in his new shirt.
And...here is his new camera lens mug.
These two are quite the pair...
Michael had an interview in downtown Portland, so he stopped at Voodoo Doughnut to pick up a dozen. They were really pretty to look at...but really they were not very good. The boys will take Krispy Kreme any day over Voodoo Doughnut.
Here is Lily after I cut her hair.
For a whole week I ate berries for breakfast. They were so good. I wish berry season was all year long.
My new flower arrangement...fresh basil.
I cooked a lot of food for our camping trip...
I got a t-shirt folder and folded all of Jar's t-shirts.
We got ready to go on our camping trip last week.
I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies yesterday. The boys said they were the best I've ever made. I made them big, and I undercooked them by a few minutes.
Today I cleaned out the fridge.
I really need to clean out the freezer...
It has been a pretty quiet 3 weeks, but I like it that way sometimes. We look forward to a lot of things happening this next week.
